Salwar Kameez The outfit comprises a pair of trousers ( salwar ) and a tunic ( kameez ) that is usually paired with a scarf ( dupatta ). In recent years, the salwar kameez has become a popular form of attire among Indian women throughout India as well as in Singapore. The salwar kameez is a traditional outfit worn by Punjabi women. It comprises a pair of trousers known as the salwar and a tunic called the kameez . Traditionally, the salwar trousers are tailored to be long and loose-fitting with narrow hems above the ankles that are stitched to look like cuffs. Punjabi men also wear the salwar , but they pair their trousers with a shorter tunic known as the kurta , which is the male version of the kameez. Lungi The lungi is a traditional type of wrap-around garment worn in many of the southern states of India.   A kurta is a kind of loose shirt which is also a traditional form of clothing worn in some countries like India, Pakistan and more. But it is gaining popularity in western countries as well as it is a very comfortable outfit. A kurta can be worn by both the genders A kurta is a loose shirt whose length falls around the knees of the wearer. A kurta forms the upper part of the dress and it can be paired with a loose salwar, churidar pants or even trousers to form the complete dress. A traditional kurta is a very comfortable outfit and is made from rectangular pieces of fabric. The front and the back pieces of a simple traditional kurta are rectangular. Bangladesh is primarily a Muslim and conservative country and so there are certain things one should not wear. Men’s traditional dress: Suea Bhraratcha-than , Thai men's national costume is known as suea bhraratcha-than: royally bestowed shirt. It was designed to serve as a national costume by royal tailor and was subsequently given to promote and wear in public. It has been adopted by many, especially politicians and civil officials, on special occasions. Many will adopt the shirt for ceremonies such as their own weddings. The shirt shares the appearance of the raj pattern jacket, which itself is an older widely adopted (in Thailand) version of the Nehru jacket.
